Professor P.S. Bhandari has been living in the province of Quebec for 38 years. Since his retirement, he and his wife have been involved in many community organizations in the city of Montreal and abroad. Mr. Bhandari’s passion for 'Early Indo-Canadian History' is inspiring and currently he has devoted his fifth book on the subject.
